Creative Works of Lancaster is a relatively new non-profit organization in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a mission to encourage, support, and produce fresh and independent performing arts productions. Board members Lydia Brubaker and Chet Williamson sat down for a chat about the organization and its first three productions, including the recent holiday comedy show called Yule Laugh. Starting with no physical space, very few resources, and a lot of great ideas, Creative Works are making things happens and adding some unique spice to the creative fabric of Lancaster. Even if you’re not from the Lancaster area, I hope you’ll find our conversation interesting and inspiring.
