Today on the program Steve Carlson and I look back at 2012. At the Wood Stove House 2012 was a year of experiments. Along with publishing 48 episodes of this podcast and exploring the local arts scene through our blog, we produced two experimental theater events (Play Grounds: Theater on Site and Lancaster’s 24 Hour Plays 2012), a dozen concerts, and our first Creativity Conference. We also introduced a few recurring segments on this program including Harvey Owen’s monthly Ware Center update and Mickel Time, a look at the local music scene with Mike McMonagle. On this episode we’re launching a new segment with Joanna Underhill from Creative Works of Lancaster, keeping us up-to-date on all things in the Lancaster theater scene.
At the Wood Stove House and we are extremely grateful for the generous support of so many new friends, readers, and listeners. To all of you who attended a Wood Stove House event, checked out the podcast, or took the time to read a blog article…THANK YOU!
