Matt Wheeler
Matt Wheeler is a rather prolific singer-songwriter from Lancaster who recently released an EP called Indigo. That record came within a year of his last full length album, Strings and Wires. He’s also a true advocate of the Lancaster music scene and spends a lot of time organizing shows and promoting others bands around the region.
You can find Matt online at his website, on Facebook, and Twitter. And you can check out the Indigo EP at Bandcamp.
The Fridge
James Futty and Kevin Brown both lost their jobs during the recent economic downturn and were at a crossroads with life. They both love great beer and decided to follow their hearts and build a place that they would both love to visit. Inspired by that passion for craft beer, along with a love for great food, music and art, and of course, Lancaster, they opened The Fridge. It’s a craft beer bottle shop and flatbread pizza cafe that also hosts intimate concerts each month through a concert series called Music Mondays. They have already hosted such notable acts as The Districts, JP Harris, Toy Soldiers, and Joe Fletcher. Learn more at their website or on Facebook.
